Former DHS Fraud Investigator & TSA Employee Roselani Wise Goes on Trial for Theft
KHVH-AM – August 20th 2014
A former Department of Human Services investigator on Kauai will go on trial October 6th for theft. Fifty-one-year-old Roselani Wise of Lihue was charged with second-degree theft for allegedly receiving unearned compensation from the state. An investigation revealed that during the work hours in which Wise was being paid by DHS to conduct criminal fraud investigations, she was working at her other job for the Federal Transportation Security Administration at Lihue Airport, allegedly receiving more than $10,000 for work she didn’t do, between 2008 and 2012.
